This is for holding Linhof sized lens boards (97mm x 99mm size) on FUJI GX680 camera.
The adapter is very convenient for large format lens on Fuji GX680 series.
There is No sponge inside the adapter and No rear cap like the photos.
The item shows some wear marks (scratches and blots) , but it is just OK to use.
